Gods promices are found in sunrises and sunsets.
In the songs of frogs and crickets on warm summer nights
Whispered to the treetops by the breeze and to us in our hearts.
Many will say that the are written in dusty old books but these are just the ideas of confused old men who pretend to know.
Love and blessings Don

"And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you throughout their generations, an eternal covenant, to be your God and the God of the descendants after you." (Genesis 17:7)
this one means that the Jewish people will be around forever, that G-d has made an eternal promise to the Jews
to me, it means an explanation why there are still Jews despite all the hardships, all the torture that others have put the Jews through, despite the inhumanity that Christians displayed to Jews and Muslims and others during the Inquisition, despite all the Holocaust that was started and spread from one Christian nation to the next, despite all the attacks to freedom and life and against all supposed odds the Jews are still here and still around
the only explaination for this thriving over thousands of years against enemies that were stronger and more numerous is the fact that might does not make right and that through it all G-d is still with the Jews
"In every generation they rise up to destroy us - but the Holy One Blessed be He saves us from their hand!"

I can't tell you all of God's promises because there is not room enough in the space given.
So I will give you one: Behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be, Rev. 22:12

God's promises are kept in your heart, found in the universe and in your heart. They mean peace to me.
I know my answer sounds vague, but this is because I am talking about something that is to be felt now; realised at Judgement Day.
Peace

They are in the Bible, read. There are no shortcuts to spiritual maturity, give it time.
God keeps His promises. Jesus fulfilled the prophecy. His promises are kind. It means that when we suffer here and we place our trust in Him who can save us, God has the whole eternity to make it up to us if an when we have suffered here.
