Who is asking the question. If an 20yo girl is asking about dating a 45yo man they seem to say go for it... If its a 45yo man asking about a 20yo girl everyone says he's a perv. Whats up with that? Check question histories and you'll see i'm right. Isn't age the last acceptable discrimination? If it was a white boy asking about dating a black girl and someone said EWWWWW.... they would be burned at the stake! Right?

There is still a great deal of discrimination against couples where the woman is considerably older than the man. Last year, I dated a man who was a lot younger than I was, and I found that many people were critical of our relationship. It was interesting that my single friends were more supportive of the relationship than my married friends. (I'm not sure why.) I agree with you -- it's just another form of discrimination. However, no discrimination is "acceptable."

It's just the eyes of society my friend. What is exceptable in one way will not be in the reverse role due to what society excepts as proper and not. Mainly women will back other women up and then trash men for the same thing cause they are men and not women. Me personally, I say if you are baking up the woman's decision then you need to back it up by supporting the woman AND the man that is involved with the woman who you are supporting in the situation. IF not then you just become a hypocrite and your support will have no meaning behind it.
