Julia in responding question on the side effect of effexor xr (I dont know what it is) stating that Panic Attack is a learned behaviour.
Why is it? I thought I just comes naturally or attack certain people. I took E in parties sometimes I got panic especially when it has too much upper. Downer and tranquilizer-based E fits me.

Panic attacks are in the mind. They are not learned or a disease. Most people get them because of an event in there life that "scared" them. So now they fear what can scare them again Resulting in a panic attack.
Example, A friend of mine was working in a city late at night when he saw someone running towards him. He panic-ed (thinking the person was going to rob him or worse) So he quit his job. I ended up takeing over his job, and the exact same thing happened to me at the same location!! I didn't panic, I confronted the person. Turns out the person was the store owner wanting to know why I was in front of his store at 3 AM. I was deliverig newspapers. And now my friend is a veg because of this... drugs and the lot.... dang people are stupid.

As far as I know panic attacks are not learned totally but fall into certain family genealogies.
