It is usually caused from change in the environment. Pressure in the air. Try chewing gum if you don't know how to release the pressure from your ears on your own. I usually lock my jaw tight and cause outer pressure from inside my mouth to pop my ears when I feel the pressure. Some people know how to do it and others don't Gum usually works.

My ears do the same.
When your ears pop, it's actually meant to be healthy.
If your ears do pop, pat your hands against your ears until you can hear properly again.
It's a common problem, so dont worry.
- it could also be earwax so you Should see your doctor if you're really concerned.

It is healthy to have your ears pop. It opens up your Eustachian tubes in your ears.
