i know i really shouldnt know about this because i'm only 17 but, i know a couple of people that were carb watchers and i have noticed that beer has more carbs.

Also, beer makes you bloated and it's not as healthy as wine.
A glass of wine with a healthy dinner is lovely. Red is even better for the blood.
