I think you just drink lots of water and go for a walk or workout every morning.
Come back and eat some starch for breakfast.
Just stop buying that. It will go away.
Addiction is when you keep on having it.

There's no harm in eating it maybe once or twice a week, but those biscuit things have a LOT of cholesterol.
As far as fixing the unhealthy craving, you could just try making it at home. Making the same foods you eat out at home tend to have a lot less fat/cholesterol in them.
As long as you eat healthy the other times of the day and workout, it shouldn't be a huge problem eating it once in a while.

What if you made it yourself? Although sausage and biscuits aren't the healthiest choice, ones you make at home are likely to be lower in fast, sodium and calories than the ones you get from a fat food restaurant. Another possibility would be to have you Jack in the Box breakfast as a treat once a week. I'd make it on Monday so I'd have something something to look forward to on Mondays. I hope you find these suggestions helpful!

Just go ahead and eat it. The only bad thing you are doing is feeling guilty about it. Life is short, don't sweat the small stuff.

Eat two a day for a week. You'll get so sick of them you'll never want another.
