When mosquitoes suck blood from bodies, does the blood that is sucked contain components like glucose and what so ever? Or it's just pure blood? If the blood sucked out is pure, then it will cause a decrease in the percentage of blood concentration, does this mean body will do some adjustments to it to prevent diseases?

the blood cells are too large to be sucked up, so the mosquito injects a fluid that dissolves the blood cells in the local area, this causes the bump and irritation, everything in the local area goes, dissolved cells, glucose, everything.
