The best thing that i found that will work is prune juice. Drink an 8oz. cup of that and i promise you will be cleaned out. Also, there is a liquid that cost about $2.50 at the store cannot remember the name but go to the area where there are laxatives and you can find this liquid. It comes in lemon-lime falvor, you drink it all, then you will be cleaned out. It worked for me. Good luck.

My mother tried a colon cleanse, and got no real benefit from it. Just money down the toilet.

I do the Isagenix Cleanse. It works great for me. It feels good to get the junk out!

everything ive heard of the products is bad. try flushing eating apples and water, but ask a doctor cuz people have had serious problems from the wrong products.
