I want to loose 10 to 15lbs before i get married in Aug! I been doing really well with eating and going to the gym!
Anyone have any good diet secrets they can share with me? Or know of any way to get the weight off in 5 mos??

There's no easy quick fix way to losing weight, regardless of what all those diet pill ads tell us. To help curb your appetite drink water and lots of it. Coffee or tea helps to reduce food intake also, but don't drink too much four cups a day is the maximum. Diet supplements will give you a good source of nutrients and energy for your workout. Also they are flavored giving your taste buds something to be happy about. Choose a flavored drink that you will enjoy the taste of. Lower your carbohydrate intake and limit carbs to early in the day. They give you energy but can easily turn into stored fat. Eating healthy and exercising is all about change in lifestyle. The fastest way is to take the alkaline liquid diet.

Yeah - keep doing what you are doing. The natural way to lose weight is really the only safe-bet (especially against re-gaining weight back) and the safest way to lose weight. The average is 1 lb a week, but you can still lose 2 lbs a week and be healthy - thats 4-8 lbs in a month. You have plenty of time to lose the weight the healthy way, and you will be more likely to keep it off.

Dont forget the water - keep yourself well hydrated. Water will also help cut back on calories you only think you need (people confuse thirst with hunger all the time)

i would alternatively be 10lb chubby motive i am already 10lb underweight and it sucks. if i used to be 10lb underneath it would be handy to lose. and that i do not particularly care approximately weight for a man, both one is first-class x]

NEVER,NEVER go on a diet. Instead tell your self you are going to eat healthy. I have lost 30 pounds and kept off about 27. Winter is tough for me. What works for me is to find low fat foods I like and experiment with ways to cook them. Eat slow and enjoy the food. 15 lbs by August is a vary real goal. Don't weigh your self every day it will piss you off.
