simple exercise...the most recent surveys have found out you would be best to do 10 minutes walks 3 times a day and of course eat balanced meals..about half of what you may eat now..
it's not necessary to eliminate carbs and such completely only the bad stuff.

Well you will have to do some sort of excersize but i lost weight by not eating any food after 8 o,clock and try not to eat just before going to bed.

eat very little, like....this.
Put food on your plate ..in average amounts.
Only eat a few bites of each.
Save rest for next meal.
This way you save on your groc. bill also..haha
