That would be the vaginal muscles and the buttocks area of the man. While the females vaginal muscles are tensing up you have the man's buttocks area flexing and helping the penis insert into the vagina. This also depends on the position. Certain position work certain things. Like regular missionary style you have the man using his legs and if you have a fine women that doesn't want to lay there you have them using there legs too. At all time the man is using the buttocks muscles and the tightening up of the vaginal muscles. If the women is on top then you have to know that man is using his so mach muscles are being used to thrust up. Females legs are used either to hold herself up or help with the deed. There are many different ways to work the muscles but the females vaginal muscles and the man buttocks muscles work the most. Have fun!

Its the heart. It start working faster & harder before you actually indulge into it, pumping blood to your brains, limbs & genitals so that they all can work harder. Men won't get an erection if blood is not pumped in their penis, neither would women get wet, & it would be practically impossible if heart does not work harder. Brain just gives the right stimulus.
