jello, but if I were you I would go to a site and make a few things and look at a health food store. There are alot of people that lactose intolerant.

My children are lactose intolerant and we shop at Whole food store ( fresh fields ) were they have so many snacks and even cake batter for a party, I was impressed on how many lactose free items they have. You can go to there site to find your local store and the cost really is not bad and saves the stomach ache. Hope this helps you!

There's a company called Sweet William who make really tasty soy (and dairy-free) chocolates.

They have rice bubble, almond, tangerine flavours and more.

I love em.

You could cut up vegetable sticks and have hummus made with chickpea as a dip

How about Carob balls melt carob with peanut butter mix into balls then roll the balls in coconut shavings.

how about making jello pudding with lactaid, the milk with the lactose removed?

Jus chop up some slices of watermelon, rockmelon, pineapple chunks, handfulls of grapes, strawberries and arrange on a great big platter ...................... mmmmmmmmm yummy !!!!
