No .. you cant assume anything.. if you feel that way I am guessing that if you stare at me more than 5 sec you would want to do me too ? He may have been thinking what a freak, or looking beyond you at something behind or beside you, even just day dreaming.
Unless he came up to you and said hey wana do it .. then you cant assume anything, you can hope thats what hes thinking, or not.

No really. Once I was at a Mexican fast food place. I stared at this lady because I was spacing out thinking about something else. I think she assumed I wanted her and she got mad and only gave me a small amount of meat on my burrito... biatch.
Now when I go I make sure I don't look at her at all, and I secretly hope some other person makes my food. I don't care about her, I rather have lots of meat in my burrito!

there may b many oder thoughts like d guy luks at u coz u luk gud..or luks at u coz u luk weird or...jus luks at u in a neigh bourly way....conclusions cannot be made jus by a 5 sec stare...and d tout of he wantin 2 do u jus coz of a 5 sec stare is jus RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!
