But now i cut part of it to be shoudler length and I didn't kno what i was doing and its turned out crappy. Anyways i can cut it so it looks better?

We have all cut our hair and have it turn out bad I would not cut again try to get to a barber or hair salon and maybe they can give you advice and then they are trained to re cut and help to start correcting the problem

try out step cut to make it up AND also tie a horse tail it will match with ur face and it wil heip u out 2

Make a ponytail, or use a headband or wrap a scarf around your face.
