My gf of 2 years broke up with me when i cought her cheating on me (for the 3rd or 4th time) it was rough for a bit but we stayed friends. She got a new bf and i was happy for her, then suddenly 3 months ago she just quit talking for no reason, no bye or anything. We had a nice conversation one day then pooooff. She always said it was weird for people to stay friends after a break up but who knows. Have any of you out there had similar experiences? Or is she just a freak? I had always considered us friends above all.

Yeah, I've had this happen and I've done it. It could be that her new boyfriend believes, as she does, that people shouldn't be friends with exes. Maybe she realized after the nice conversation that she had leftover feelings that she didn't feel like dealing with. That was the reason I did it. Better to clear the slate and start afresh. It's a nice idea to stay friends but in a way it can maintain baggage that is better off dropping. Different situations are different though.

I have had similar experiences...
1. Maybe she heard something about you and believed it.
2. You did something to piss her off without realising.
3. Shes just sick of you.
4, Maybe she thought it was weird from the start and it just got too weird when she got a new bf.

I dont know, ahve a think about it, maybe you'll figure it out

it many times has no longer something to do with the female. adult adult males like the venture of a clean seize - - it boosts their comfortable ego. some adult adult males strengthen out of at as they mature - - yet no longer all.

well i wouldn't call her a 'freak'...maybe she just doesn't feel comfortable around you and therefore rather not talk.

that's how i felt with my ex.....sad i know, but that's the way it seems to work
