Make sure you are walking at least 30 minutes to 1 hour every day, or add a 40 minute swim for something different. Replace breakfast and lunch with a meal replacement shake (available from most pharmacies) and eat only 2 pieces of fruit each day but as many vegetables as you like. For the evening meal, again as many vegetables as you like but add a piece of meat/fish/chicken no bigger than the palm of your hand. You will easily lose up to 3 kg in the first week then about 1 kg per week after that. Just remember to drink lots of water and get your exercise.
Also, to stop sugar craving get some cromium tablets, and sugar free lollies for when you have to have something.

The best way to lose weight in a week is exercise first thing in the mornin, EVERY morning, and only have 3 meals, don't snack or eat lots of rubbish food, i.e choc. Eat fruit at least 2 a day and as part of youe meal, and only drink water, no tea coffee of soft drinks. You shouldn't try and lose a weight in a week as it is not safe should spread it over a min of 3-4 week period. But good luck tho!

No way of loosing weight quickly in a week is either healthy or useful.No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way.
Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg. Around 1,500 calories.
Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?
No special diet,no herbal/dangerous/illegal drugs will fix it for you in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!

fast during the day or when your are awake, no food, drink or any intakes .but don't eat so much during the night. avoid the oily meaty sweet foods. Do some deep breathing exercises during your fasting time. Do that everyday for a week, certain you'll lose weight. I am a muslim and we do that during the fasting month of ramadhan, you'll get use to the hunger pains on the 2nd or 3rd day. Eat before sunrise, eat again before sunset.
but don't do this if you are a woman and having your period, breastfeeding a baby, or a person unhealthy for a fast(so ask a doctor first)one having so much work under the sun's ray.

Eat healthy (no cakes, sweets etc.) drink lots of water and exersise for at least 20 mins 3 times a week.
This is the healthiest way but it will take more than a week to loose a significant amount.

I had to loose weight quickly to fit in a dress for an important occassion. What I did was walking a lot, have only a cup of soup or milk for breakfast and dinner. Have a regular size lunch. Don't eat meat or sweets and don't eat anything after 7pm. I was able to fit in my beautiful dress after a week.

It depends on how much you want to loose? If you cut out all foods containing wheat/sugar and replace with lots of fresh vegetable juices and go power walking/jogging every other day, your guaranteed to loose half a stone very very quickly. It works for me every time!

Eating healthy food like:soy products, plenty of vegetables and fruit, drinking green tea without sugar, no sweets, no milk based products or grilled meat..."We are what we eat", so exclude meat, perhaps keep eating some fish, but not too much...It works for me!!!
