ELECTRIC SKILLET BBQ PORK STEAKS

4 pork steaks
season salt
½ cup water
¼ cup cider vinegar
4 tbsp brown sugar
¾ cup ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
½ tsp pepper

To make BBQ sauce, combine all ingredients except pork and seasoned salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Season the pork with seasoned salt and brown in an electric skillet.
Pour BBQ sauce over top of browned pork and cook on medium-low heat for approximately 1 hour or until pork is tender, turning pork occasionally.

Resist the temptation to add more liquid, as the sauce will thicken while cooking.

Serve with seasoned boiled rice or mashed potatoes.

Melt butter in a pan and add minced garlic. It'd be best to have a pan that can be transferred to the oven. Sear the pork steaks on high heat until the outside it a nice brown. It should only take a minute or two to get the outsides brown. Through some rosemary on and let it cook in the oven until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Take the steaks out add more butter to the pan and add approximately the same amount of butter. Stir quickly until it reaches a nice brown. Add milk/water to get a gravy. Reduce until desired thickness.

With paper towel pat dry your pork. Sprinkle corse ground salt, pepper and breadcrumbs on all sides. Pre heat oven to 325. In a saute (frying) pan pour olive oil just to cover the bottom of pan. Wait a few minutes to the olive oil gets good and hot. Use MED HIGH heat. About 3 mins on each side. Place in oven for 10-15 mins. Remove from oven and wait about 5 mins before serving. Depending on thickness pork may be alittle pink insidebut thats ok.

Marinate the steaks in worcester sauce and garlic. Slice an onion and some mushrooms and place the steaks on top of these in an ovenproof dish. Roast in the oven for 20-25 mins. Serve with sweet mash potato and green beans

Try that: pick some juicy pork meat and grill it for about 5 minutes on each side. Keep it in a worm place while preparing some barbecue sauce: 4 grilled tomatoes (about 6-7 minutes on the grill), chopped in dices+ some fresh garlic (chopped)+ salt&pepper+ fresh dill+ 1 glass of tomatoes sauce+some chopped mushrooms (fresh or canned). Put the mixture in a pot on the grill, let it boil for about 6-7 minutes. It's great with rice. Enjoy the meal
