They bark just to talk to you.
I think they are saying, "Good riddance to bad rubbish."

How is your dog barking? The type of bark will tell you why.
Rapid strings of 3 or 4 barks with pauses between (midrange pitch) = alerting call suggesting more interest than alarm
Rapid barking (midrange pitch) = basic alarm bark. dog is aroused but not anxious. initiated by approach of a stranger of occurence of unforseen event. more insistent than the broken bark above. "someone's entering our territory"
Continuous barking (a bit slower and low range pitch) = "an intruder is very close" a more worried form of the alarm bark which senses imminent threat.
One or two sharp short barks (high or midrange pitch) spoken quietly = hello
Rising bark = excitement bark
In general low pitched = threatening high pitched = insecurity, the faster the rate the more aroused/excited.
If it seems to be the threat one, consistent and low pitched then he may be being protective of either you, his pack, or his territory.

Dogs bark when someone leaves, because they don't like someone leaving the pack (they think of you as a dog). It is a way of demonstrating dominance.
Don't allow them to do this.

Our pet dog sees the family as a dog pack, your pet is part of that pack. Our dog will bark if/whenever someone who is not a regular member of the pack either enters the pack's area or when someone leaves. Our dog is notifying us, the whole pack, that the visitor is leaving our living space.

its because dogs are pack animals, they don't like to be left on there own, some dogs develop paranoia when young, our rescue dog has sally wines and barks all the time you only have to say "Iam going out" and she wines and barks her head off! or the dog could be doing this to protect you it depends on when and how the dog is barking.

In any given situation, focus on what you do want your dog to do instead of on whatever he’s doing wrong. Learn how to train your dog https://tr.im/uwPmA
For example, suppose that on many evenings, your young dog gets busy looking for trouble just as you’re digesting your dinner. He grabs a boot from the mat by the front door and gallops through the house with it. You yell at him and take it away. He grabs its mate. You yell and take it away. He heads for the kitchen and starts checking out the counters in case something tasty’s been left behind. You chase him away. And on and on, until you’ve lost your temper and torn out clumps of hair you can ill afford to lose.

They are barking because either separation anxiety ( fear of being alone) or because they think they should go when everyone else goes out that door. My dog thinks everytime someone put their coat on that he should go with where ever we go.

Barks are like warnings, plus they're also done when the dog is excited.

They're saying goodbye!!
Some dogs were bred to bark more than others - hounds and guarding types - if your dogs are of this type that may explain it.
