No. God was around long before Satan. The Judaeo-Christian God has its roots in, depending on who you believe, the Egyptian Aten or the Babylonian El. Both of these were worshiped thousands of years BCE.
Satan, on the other hand, was only invented recently. There's been something resembling him for ages, but the Satan mythos we have today was finished in the 17th Century. God existed long before his adversary.

Sounds like you got into some Hegel, or saw the Socrates to Sartre show tonight. God is anything you want him to be. Whether you think of what he is by yourself, or listen to someone else who supposedly knows more about you on the subject because you fail to think for yourself. It is your belief. Personally, I believe the only God worth worshipping, is unfathomable. God is all that ever was, ever is, ever will be. Every possibility, reality, fantasy, every concievable idea, brought to manifestation or hidden in potential. God is the sum of the infinite, with no specific viewpoint or conciousness. God is One with everything. To be at One with everything, would be a void of nothing. If you were to shorten your question to the first three words, I would answer "YES." But otherwise, It is belief that creates God.

What!? This doesn't even make sense.
Your wording seems to suggest that Satan is the supreme being. If this is your position, you need serious help.
