I currently do mortgages and teach credit repair done legally. You must dispute with TransUnion (can be done on the website) and they under Federal Law must remove within 30 days from the date of their letter sent to the false inquiry if the false inquiry does not respond.

This inquiry will not effect your credit rating if the other credit agencies have recognized and deleted. Why? Over 90% of the companies you purchase items, i.e., automobiles, housing, etc. use the credit scores from either Equifax or Experian. Many use what is termed "Fair Issac" which is the Experian score. When purchasing a home, for instance, the middle score of the three reporting agencies is used and the same "rule of thumb" applies.
