i understand cuba is communist and the U.S has sanctions on cuba, but money talks

No you can't. After the 1959 Revolution all land is property of the state (the Cuban Government) and therefore no one is allowed to purchase nor own land. Foreign investors such as Melia Hotels of Spain own their hotels, however they must pay to lease the land from the government and also pay a percentage of total profits made from their properties to the Cuban government.

Yes ,money talks but so far the Cuban Government isn't
listening.You see, if you buy property in Cuba you would
still only be supporting the current state of Cuba because
in a Communist Government the state still owns just about
everything...be patient my young friend the winds of change
will see that island nation soon enough,just make sure you
have those dollars weel invested so you can make the
most on what you want when it does

You're asking about property rights in a Communist country. Look up Communism.
