*** you see most are in the terrier group... no dog is compleatly none shedding though just like humans. The downside to non shedding dogs though are the fact that they require lots of grooming. I have a Maltese that i must take to the groomer once every 3 weeks. Because their hair dosnt fall out it continues to grow to quite long lengths and requires lots of brushing if you dont keep it cut short.

The allergy is not from the shedding hair at all, it is from the dander. All dogs shed. Even poodles do shed some. Get a hairless breed then.

I have owned two Airedale terriers and if I kept them clipped about three times per year and groomed them weekly, just a light brush...They did not shed..Which was wonderful...I then owned a Husky and OH BOY, let the hair begin....She had a sweet disposition which could not compare however.... One, positive note is that a Husky does not have a doggy oder which I can not say about our Airedales when they got wet. They smelled like Wet Salmon or fishy. The Husky was so sweet, so, we lived with the shedding. I loved em all...My children both had allergies but I could not talk em out of having pets. The Dr. we had agreed with them. So we alway had them around. It helped their formative years having something to care for and pets gave them love, laughter and comfort....

I recenlty have been given a terrier mixture who's proprietor had exceeded directly to the excellent beyond inflicting lots of rigidity to the undesirable dogs. After a whilst she developed the oddest concern of climate, wound up with a crushed trachea, and started loosing fur so undesirable she's now have been given some bald spots. She's a multitude, yet little extra love, interest, and workout did wonders for her. Your dogs might desire to easily be under pressure and a few familiar pastime might desire to help him. As for a house treatment i might provide my terrier a spoon full of Flax Oil regularly occurring and he or she has stoped the severe laying off and much less bald spots. This helped my little dogs, as properly as my australian shepherd who had a concern with undesirable epidermis inflammation as a doggy. It somewhat does wonders for the two considered one of my canines epidermis and coats, i even positioned it over my cats nutrition. fatty acid supplementations are severe for epidermis and coat issues and this Flax Oil is wealthy with them. Its particularly affordable and may well be discovered at maximum grocery shops. if your dogs isn't interested in licking the Flax Oil you may positioned a spoon over his dogs nutrition. additionally; seek via your pharmacy's nutrition area, something that promotes epidermis well being might help (supplementations C, E, A, ok, and B). A healthful coat starts with healthful epidermis.

Thank you Nemesis
That malt thing was driving me NUTS!!!
And I agree with Nemesis 110%
But would like to add there are some dogs that
are considered less of an allergen.
I'd look up "hypo-allergenic dogs" bloody stupid name but thats what some call them.
And "PUGs" my god I've NEVER seen a Pug that didn't shed if anything they shed MORE they have a double coat!!
