Neither of them had a navel.
There was also no reason for them to have nipples.

Hmmmmmmmm, very interesting question. Seeing that they didn't come out of a womb but Adam was dust that God formed and Eve came from Adam's rib, I tend to think that they didn't have a navel.

It is simply as this: there never was a first man and a woman. There was a Adamic race, that is, anthropoids that started being able to transmit knowledge to their children. This happened in Ethiopia, in one generation. The Science calls this first intelligent mother as EVE, after the Bible. Don't worry, this is not a proof God doesn't exist, the Bible was meant to very ignorant people during milleniums. We know better now. We understand God is much greater than the envious, hathred, erroneous God described in Genesis. If there is life in other planets and galaxies, this means His work is constant and infinite. If there were pre-historic animals, it means evolution was one of His rules.
OK, strictly to the words of the Bible, of course they had no navels. And when they left Eden, there was a people already existing East of Eden, where Adam met a certain Lilith. So the couple was not the first, anyway.

No - Adam didn't. Neither did Eve
Why? Because your belly-button (navel), or tummy-button as it's sometimes called, is a sign that you were once attached to your mother. You depended on that life-line - the umbilical cord - for your nourishment from her body as you developed inside her.

But our first parents, Adam and Eve, didn't develop that way. I believe that God would not have planted on them a false indication that they had developed in a mother's womb.

Adam & Eve are the creation of ancient unlearned men who didn't know that if members of the same family have children, they are always born with genetic defects including sterility.

If it's just a story, then why are scientists now saying we all descended from one woman?
