well there is a boy i fancy and he knows i fancy him but its hard for me to talk to him we are friends but we hardly talk to each other and i get shy around him but my mate told me that he said that he was going to ask someone out but she said the boy doesnt want to know who hes going to ask out and there are two girls who are keeping this secret but apparantly gets shy of me and his mates keep on embarrassing me in front of him and he just starts smiling at me or i dunno do you think its me hes going to ask out im confused because my friends wont tell me who hes going to ask out.

dont keep thinking about who he's gonna ask out... just keep your cool and pretend that nothing had happened. if that girl isn't you, will you be devastated? better not keep your hopes high

Don't take this the wrong way but you sound like a teenage girl. You can't help who you fancy, and neither can this boy. Ignore what everyone else is saying. If he likes you then he will let you know, but if it is the case that he goes and asks someone else out don't worry about it. Act like you don't care and get on with your life, because their is more to life than worrying about 'who likes who, and whose doing what'
