No but see Peswiki. com for a big list of attempts. Some are work in progress and some are frauds or errors being debunked by the experts at peswiki. If Free energy is possible it will be very interesting but cheep energy: solar; biomass; wave power; cold fusion are all out there building for a big big green energy boom.
