What should happen to the millions of cans of poison pet food?

If they are dumped in landfills, aren't they a threat to insects, etc...when they rust through?

Since it has rat poison, why not use it to kill rats?

Yeah I am really concerned about insects. I say we repackage them and ship them to Iran
