Like Bees and Snakes, if you want to kill them you have to do it while they are in the nest or the pit! once in the field it is a waste of energy and resources. Every great defense in History was defeated by a cheap offense. Closing the borders is a waste, you have to kill them there!

Hello! TERRORRISM not terrisom is internatioinal issue. Territories are under serious attack by terrorists. Once man is moulde and changed by way of character building and patriotic ideas, there are not terrorists. So, in order to drive away the terrorism, patriotic people are to be doubled in number. Those who work voluntarily for own country as children for their mother, but natural there is start to drive away terrorism and thus safeguard our country from terrorism.

No one is going to like this answer, but you asked the question. First, we use our resources to locate them. We have technical abilities we presently don't have the manpower to use to it's fullest extent. There needs to be more people on the ground gathering information.
Second, once we have determined where a terrorist is located, we take them out. It doesn't matter what country they are in. We do a "Black Op" or fire a missile or kick in a door. If countries don't like it, that's too bad.
Third, we seek and destroy drug crops. We have the ability to kill crops. This could be a non-violent method of destroying cash flow.
Forth, seize bank accounts connected to terrorists.
Fifth, work with other nations in destroying terrorists. When Israel was crossing borders attacking Hezbollah (Sp), we should have assist them with their efforts.

The history is India is that the military cannot. If every Indian
was committed to this prospect life would be safer. Present
laws and customs are presently too lax. Indian popular society must change or be eliminated. The latter is more likely.

Oh god, yeah, there are terrorist trying to get across the border every day. They're coming in the millions. Maybe if we got big corporations to stop hiring them.
