We all owe something to God. It depends on what you have to thank him for. I have a lovely apartment so I feel I owe him a lot fot that. I could be sleeping rough on the streets instead so I thank God its them instead of me..Think of all those people living in Iraq or Zimbabwi etc. Im greatful to God that im not..

We owe God everything and anything!!! Just the mere fact that we still have his breath within us is a great example, for we are just vapour and can be snuffed out in a second.

We can't pay back God but we must love God above all worldly things.

Example(s);
Love our neighbor as ourselves and in doing so we show love to our God.
Worship in a church; we show love my recognizing that we have time to thank God for the week passed and the one hopefully to come.
Following the 10 Commandments is; love and obey.
Knowing that God didn't make junk and we are made in His image and challenge ourselves to help others.
Forgive everyone with no exceptions on our forgiveness.
Honor and worship His son, Jesus; the One that came to redeem all of mankind for the first sin we commit
