I am planing on dyeing my hair baby blue and I need to know the best bleach and blue hair dye. I was also wondering if I should go to a salon or if I can do it at home? If I should do it at a salon which one will dye my hair blue and not throw a fit?

i think u should go 2 a salon..its better and they wont make any mistakes (hopefully!)..i dont think anyone will throw a fit..try going to a high street hairdresser..

you should go to a salon... pick a place that looks trendy/edgy and you should have no problem
