I have chronic kidney failure, my kidneys failed and I was on dialysis and had a kidney transplant in Feb 06. I had a kidney biopsy to find out why they were failing and was told that is was due to vasculitis, which i never knew i had. But it is not showing as active in my blood test. Since then i have looked into it as i didn't know what it was, I found that there was four different groups of it, so without knowing which one you may be talking about it is hard to say.
