We have come across different religions sayin that their's is the best ,but my point is if there is god then why should people suffer due to various reasons such as deformities,war,famine etc.....

(Holy Quran example). The question of Allah's (SWT) 'God' existence has preoccupied men's minds for many centuries. Those who believe in Allah (SWT) 'God' seem to agree that the limited finite human intelligence cannot prove the existence of the infinite boundless of Allah (SWT) 'God'. It can only illustrate or demonstrate his existence to the satisfaction of the curious human mind.
Those who deny Allah's (SWT) 'God' claim to rely on science, philosophy, or special theories of knowledge. Their arguments are sometimes inapplicable, sometimes irrelevant, always complex, and often incomprehensible. However, the developed mind will find its way to Allah (SWT) 'God'. Failure to find the way does not mean that there is no way. Denial of reality does not make it unreal.

There is One God in the History books called the Bible. God revealed himself to ancient civalized mankind and they followed Him. They were looking for someone to make sense of things. They found him because they wanted and needed a leader.
Man today has the same free will to seek out the God that made them. Yes our parents gave birth to us but without the spark of life they could not give life to us. He also gave us the ability to chose everything he made because it was good.
Man' s first sin alienated God from us. He sent people inspired with His words to change man's attitudes and they killed or stoned them. God had dedicated families written about in the Old Testamants and it was about the people that followed his laws.
God revealed he is a Triune God. That means 3 persons but one God. Father (God), Son (Jesus), and Holy Spirit (Enters our minds as good not bad). This is Hard to understand because we have a human mind.
Again,God gave us free will and man chose to disobey God and somehow sin entered the world. How could this be? Man killed, stole, cheated, committed adultry, lied, gossipped, wanted to become powerful over people, did unhealthy things, etc and these go on today and cause things like deformities, war and famine.
God still loved us and to prove it He sent his son Jesus and man killed him too but he rose from death to new life and came back to his apostles (followers) and then he was elevated to heaven before them. He continues to be with us through the Spirit.
Now I'm presuming you haven't read the Bible and if you follow it to Peter as Jesus chosen follower you will see that the bible history followed with his line of men called priests and the bible was put into verses by Christians that became universal (for any denomination) Catholics.
The bible was brought into different languages and all through history these Catholics protected the real meaning of the bible. The problem came 100's of years after some disenchanted people wanted to interperet it differently. There were arguments, protesting and religions were formed with various beliefs but still believing in God and some did not believe in Jesus.
So in answer to your original Q; There is only one right-on original religion. If you follow the scripture on Jesus found in the New Testament Bible and that is the successor of Jesus Apostle Peter and those are the leaders we have had for centuries and they are called the Popes by the Catholics. So Truth is Truth and History and it can't be changed and it still goes on the best was we can as humans inspired by God.
So Biblically the Church has a human leader (The Pope) inspired by God to guide us. Man still chooses the wrong way and becomes sinful and sins reap evil in the world.

I believe there are Gods, but mostly, Humans created the idea of God/ the Gods to justify a reason of why we are alive more than anything else.

Of course thats the devil lol but if something good happens its god. There isn't a god it's all BS which is why it was created so long ago before good science. This is the weakest argument there is but even it's valid.

area of the clarification, Muslims don't have faith interior the son, is because of the fact, they say, God has no skill to have a baby.
