1)2)3)playing a "jump shot", which is where the cue ball leaves the bed of the table and jumps over a ball (even if touching it in the process) before first hitting another ball constitutes a FOUL.

4)by touching a ball with other than the tip of the cue incurs a foul of 4 points or more

If i remember It is legal to jump the Cue ball correctly . Reason why it isnt common in pool is loss of control. No it isnt a foul if cue ball ends back on table.
If you drop chalk on table an it strikes anything that changes the play of the game i believe a four point penalty and more for the blue pink black respectfully.
You can strike the cue ball with a broom handle if you wish to make the game more challenging than it already is?
