The main benefit if there is such a thing is, energy! Following a diet based purely on raw fruits and vegetables with a few nuts and seeds thrown in gives amazing amounts of energy.

Although this isn't instant, many people do go through a detox period when switching to a raw food diet.

The other many benefits are - fat loss, better skin, improved mental health, better eye sight, better muscle tone.

All diets create a change in us, everyday we eat polluted foods it is altering our brain chemistry amongst other things.

The list is basically limitless, but try it and see.

Yes it does make a change because eating only fruit and vegetables does not give you all the nutrients you need but yet people still seem to be healthy! Good Luck

It does a lot of things!
First, it cleanses the bowels. After a time on this diet the impacted meat in the bowels will start to come out.
It also will provide a lot of vitamins, minerals and other micronutrients that we need.
It also will help you to lose weight.
It ptovides fluids and electrolytes essential for energy and good health.
But, be careful not to overlook the importance of protiens in the diet. We need those to provide essential amino acids for healthy cell repair and growth. Best source of protiens comes from grains nuts and protiens. Fish is also good. Meat is not good at all.

Oh yea. I was on a Wu-Long fruit and tea diet. I felt the most awsome I have ever felt! But then I started eating pizza and crap again. That energetic feeling when away.

good health.. and brighter and smoother skin... My aunty is a vegetarian and she is only eating fruits and vegies.. ummm.. well, with rice as well...
