call the community center in ARamco 872-7300 and if you have a fax machine, they can fax you a copy of a list of all tutors inside Aramco.. I found one for my child that way...
ask the french teacher at your childs school, ask the embassy/or consulates
put up fliers requesting a tutor at places like SACO, they have a general bulliten board where I see ads for stuff.. Where most foreigners visit.. also in Jameel housewares store , Jareer bookstore, and Zamil craft stores..
