Depends on WHICH JUDAS you are meaning!
If it is a question about the man that supposedly was a traitor to Jesus, then most people do not know the truth about the situation.
Judas was part of the Plan that Jesus took upon Himself to accomplish.
It was planned for Judas to turn Christ in.
It was all an orchestrated play that Jesus and his followers conducted to 'play-out' the Old Scripture prophecies. everything that the Old Prophets fortold was enacted to give credence to Jesus as the Christ role He played. The crucifiction was the final 'sacrifice of the lamb'
Judas was a devote apostle of Christ and did what he had planned with his Lord.
