This is an interesting question that is not well understood, but most current implications are in the dopaminergic-mesolimbic pathway (in the ventral tegmentum and nucleus accumbens). There are high implications of use by opiates, psychostimulants, alcohol, and cannabinoids modifying this pathway by increasing firing of the pathway, or decreasing normal tonic inhibition. Animals will self-administer amphetamines and dopamine into the nucleus accumbens in order to facilitate this dependence

It is called a pleasure source as it makes you feel happy and glow and it also makes you sleepy as the natural reaction to sex is sleep. This is why a lot of ladies get a bit annoyed with their partners who drop off to sleep as soon as they have finished. This mainly affects males. when you 'mb8t' (as you put it) your brain produces a chemical called dopamine although im not sure if dopamine is actually physically addictive but it is most likley mentally addictive as u seem to keep doing the things that cause dopamine to be released
