I want to become fluent in Spanish; right now I'm at about level 5, so I'm rather advanced. However, I want to read some relatively easy-read books in Spanish, and I want to read a GOOD book so I'll actually read it. I'm 22 years old, so I don't want to read children's or teen books. Any suggestions?

Well, it is not very clear if you want books originally written in Spanish or just books in Spanish, because you can find even Mein Kampf in Spanish if you look for it.
I would recommend Don Quijote de la Mancha , the best book ever written in Spanish and the most read in the world, after the Bible, but the vocabulary is a little difficult because it was written five centuries ago.
Or Facundo, by Domingo Faustino Sarmiento. Cuentos, by Horacio Quiroga. Platero y yo ( I think by Antonio Machado )
Otherwise you can request just a book in Spanish, no matter the original language. I think that that is the better idea
