That's a good question -- I don't think anyone really keeps track of how SLOW enzymes are, as most everyone is interested in how rapidly enzymes can accomplish their roles

Oral enzyme called Wobenzym N is claimed by manufacturer to be the slow acting enzyme for arthritis.
Not yet completely verfied.
