I found out my boyfriend goes on the lines. He doesn't have many real friends. So he enjoys the conversations. And this has caused problems in our relationship. And I come to realize that there are some people you can't please or satisfy completely. but should I be concerned that this might be a sign to future possible infidelity.

Yes, it's possible....but to think if there is infidelity starting up, then you could determine this by the way he treats you...if he's unusually nicer than normal...there's something going on...if he's treating you worse than normal, there's something going on. If he treating same as always....I wouldn't worry too much.

Ok here is what i think! I chat quite often with people from all over the world, male and female! I have female friends in Canada and England etc..., i see it as perfectly normal, as long as it stays as just friends! My wife knows and was concerned when i told her i was chatting with other women, so i introduced her to a couple and she soon realised that there was nothing harmfull going on, and everything is fine!
Now this is just one case, i have heard of others that get a bit steamier.! I would ask your boyfriend if he would introduce you to who ever it is he is chatting to, just so u can have some peace of mind! If he refuses to introduce u, then i would be starting to get concerned!
Internet chatting can become quite addictive, and can be hard to stop!

If your boyfriend needs to chat then he should look to you or go out with his semi-real friends and do something.These chat lines are for people to flirt and potentially meet up.

I knew is not so easy your problem,but if you really concern about him about your relationship to him?well your the 1 knows him much more i guess?so why dint you talk to him heart to heart?say it to him how you feel about like hi's on the lines always,explain that you get jealouse(chat)...i mean....

Im agorophobic so these lines are my way of reaching out. I dont know that you need to worry about infidelity that seems like a bit of a stretch. of course i dont know your situation. good luck!

hi, you don't need to worry about it, every body gets on-line, a lot of people need to have friends and that's why they do it on-line.....i have friends here on-line, are we talk a lot and I'm engaged, i don't see a problem about it.. as long as your boy friend is not doing any thing but friends so it's ok..just don't show much anger about it not to hide it from you...

it depends on the nature of his chatting. for all he knows he could be talking to a guy posing as a girl. is he just talking or talking nasty. i try to find girls to talk to because i am able to be friends with them easier than guys, but i have not found any one to talk to and be a friend.
