I would have to say an early morning hot air balloon ride, followed by a breakfast that i cooked and a whole day exploring the vineyards of the Hunter Valley! Ended the day with a candlelit dinner and champagne and roses in the Spa!

On the first Valentine's day with my first love, I couldn't be there because my grandmother had just died. I had a bunch of roses sent to him.
Great Cooking: yeah, did that too, but that's not considered romantic when you do it every day.

Cooking. Learn to make a really special dish complete with all the frills invite her over to yours and make it for her. Don't just serve it. Make it while she's there so that the tension builds...
