To use camera as scanner,I have been searching best camera,with OCR capability.

I want to use digital camera as substitute of scanner giving images workable in ocr software.

If image is not as per requirement of ocr software requirement,conversion in text will not be possible.

Cameras and scanners don't have OCR capabilities built-in. They simply produce images that OCR software on your computer then translates into text.
Generally a scanner will produce cleaner images because it reads/ feeds a perfectly flat and well boardered document.
