Avoid anything over-processed or with lots of additives - opt for whole foods and fresh foods. Limit your alcohol intake and don't skip breakfast!

Yes.
My parents are a doctor and a family nurse practioner (the FNP is also a diabetes educator) and most of my family are in the health and/or medical professions. I am a health education teacher (ok, health was my minor).
I know the facts and the risks.
Nevertheless, I still eat unhealthy foods (in addition to healthy ones) because they taste so darned good.

Yeah, I've heard about food combining..

basically it tells you about eating not according to the amount or frequency or about what kind of stuff which you eat... but more about combining food... so for example rice and vegies is a good combination.. but rice and meat is bad combination... bad combination makes your stomach work harder in digesting the food, while good combination is not only easier to digest but also helps in digesting process it self..

and also food combining has been proven as a good dieat for many deceases.

OH yes I do tack and feild so you would have to do not drink any thing with
"acid" nothing fry and no bag juice nothing sweet!!!!11
