Does anyone know of any programs I can make music with. Like put in loops of differnt instraments.
that is either free or cheep to download.

Yes- a number of programs- depends what you'll be writnig or composing.
Finale or Sibelius is excellent for classical music or song-writing
Sony's Acid Pro is okay, but Cubase is the industry standard for DJ-ing as is Propellorhead's Reason 3.0
Miroslav offers refills for Reason.
Cubase is the best for electronica.

FL studios 1 or higher. Or Acid Pro 4 or higher.

Acid is a good one, but it is not free. it's $80//// fruity loops might be a little cheaper. some will let you try it out for a week.
