Yes, your family doctor can be of more help than anyone else. Plus your brother would feel more at ease to speak and ask more questions to the doctor instead of children your age. So I strongly advice you family doc first then if any questions then look up some books at library. Ask your libriarian or your school nurse.Hope this helps you....
