Jesus claims those standing RIGHT BEFORE HIM shall see the Armageddon.
Matthew 16:28 “There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.”
Why do Christians lie to you and claim Jesus was referring to his modern day believers. The words
“some standing HERE will not taste death”
clearly refutes such nonsense.
Obviously the people he was speaking to died, and curiously Jesus STILL isn’t here to claim his kingdom.

The simple answer is NO! Jesus never lies, ever! You need to be patient and let the will of God be done... at his own time!

how do we know the soul of Jesus has not been reborn in human form, several times, since that time.
Many have claimed to be, only to be dismissed as mad.

Armageddon is a time of great death, destruction and change, we have see several such periods in the past two thousand years
The words in the bible were written down, many years after the deaths of the people that spoke them, and have been translated and rewritten several times since. To assume that noone changed anything deliberately for political purpose or so the people of there time could better understand older language is naive, Also all those translations, many modern "experts" have pointed to possible bad translations from the Sanskrit texts, I'm sure other translation "mistakes" have occurred.

In your quote, you say "some standing here" , sounds like the stuff of sci-fi movies, some of the people still alive after almost two thousand years. If such people existed in the modern world, to survive they would need to hide this immortal streak, live in secret with monks or something. or changing their names every forty years or so, like someone out of the movie highlander

the bible is taken literally by too many people, respect to their faith, but with all that translation, rewriting by those of political or power hungry minds, they must accept some things will have been altered how ever small

I believe this type of question was asked once and it is repeated now. Any how

according to Bible the word "Death" means it is a personality. Bible says those who believe in Jesus Christ shall never see this "Death" or the angel name Death i.e. when a non believer dies the death angel will receive this person's soul, but instead when a Believer of Christ dies the appointed angel willl receive him (as it is mentioned in Lazarus's story)

Thats why when Jesus was talking to His disciples He asured them that they shall not taste(see or face or meet) "death" So this is happening even now when a Believer dies and leaves this world.

Your name seems that you chose to go against Jesus and if you remain in this claim and die one day you will come to know the truth( sorry sir, I am not threatening you but claiming the truth.

And It is the clear truth that Jesus was not telling lies to His followers.

God Bless you.

Jesus of Nazareth in no way informed planned lies as such, yet numerous the flaws he believed to be genuine probable weren't. Leaders of extremely some religions such because of fact the JW's and Mormons even have faith of their very own set of "truths" while they attempt to sell you on their particular form of religion. The coverup of ethical depravity on the area of a few Catholic and different clergymen/pastors/ministers is a different kettle of fish completely. They did energetic injury to little ones, and might properly be held criminally responsible.

It is simply a prediction of the transfiguration which happened a week later. If you only pick out the point you wish to make by referring to one verse then you can lose the meaning. Please see Mathew 17:1 to 17:13. Jesus referred to his transfiguration

Thank you

Oh, here's just one of the scoffers He spoke about. Don't you realize the angels were there too? And, by the way, nobody died yet. Even satan is still alive.
