'A man goes to the doctor...' jokes are great. I remember an old one:
A man goes to the doctor and says "Doctor! When I poo it comes out like chips! What's wrong with me?!" So the doctor says "Hmmm... Chips, you say? Right, well I think we'd best have a look... Sit down on this toilet here and show me." So the man sits down, does a poo and, indeed, it comes out like chips. The doctor says "Well, you're not unwell, just next time you do the toilet make sure you pull up your string vest."
