From the bible I believe it was in my religious studies book thought it was interresting.
Being instated as an archangel, Satan made himself multifariously objectionable and was finally expelled from Heaven. Halfway in his descent he paused, bent his head in thought a moment and at last went back. "There is one favor that I should like to ask," said he.
"Name it."
"Man, I understand, is about to be created. He will need laws."
"What, wretch! you his appointed adversary, charged from the dawn of eternity with hatred of his soul -- you ask for the right to make his laws?"
"Pardon; what I have to ask is that he be permitted to make them himself."
It was so ordered.
Ok this is from the Satanic Bible by Anton Szandor LaVey
on page 57.
The Four Crown Princes Of Hell
Satan- adversary, opposite, accuser, Lord of Fire, the inferno, the south
Lucifer- bringer of light, enlightenment, the air, the morning star, the east
Belial- without a master, baseness of the earth, independence, the north
Leviathan- the serpent out of the deeps, the sea, the west
I just found this
Cherubim
Azazel - "taught men to fashion shields and swords…taught women finery and the art of beautifying the eyelids"; "That Fallen and yet Mighty Angel"; Lord of Hell, Seducer of Mankind; Satan's Standard Bearer; asked God "Why should a son of fire fall down before a son of clay (i.e, Adam)" - and was thus the first angel to Fall in rebellion to God.
Beelzebub - Lord of the Flies, Chief of the Nine Evil Hierarchies of Hell, Chief Demon, Prince of Devils, Lord of Chaos; a "High King of Hell"; commands the Grand Cross Order of the Fly (the "secret police" of Hell).
Balberith/Berith - the Savage Duke; grand pontiff and master of ceremonies in Hell; countersigns pacts between mortals and the Fallen as the "Scriptor"; delights in the pain of others.
Chutriel - presiding angel of the Mire of Clay, 5th of the 7 Lodges of Hell.
Lahatiel -"the Flaming One", an Angel of Punishment, presiding angel over the Gates of Death (the 2nd lodge of Hell), one of the angels in Hell who punishes nations "for cause".
Laviah/Lavviah (also of the Order of Thrones) - influences savants and "great personages"; Influencer of Foul Men.
Mammon - rules in Hell as one of the Archdemons; Prince of Tempters; the Demon of Avarice; "holds the throne of this world (earth)".
Archangels
Artaqifa - No information available at this time.
Mephistopheles - one of seven Princes of Hell; "a subordinate demon, a fallen angel too, and sometimes admitted to the presence of God…".
Olivier - an ex-prince of the Order of Archangels.
Ramiel - both Upright and Fallen - a leader of the Apostate angels who yet stands before the Throne of God.
Rimmon - the Roarer; the Exalted.
Seriel - taught men the signs of the moon
Hope this helped

While the Devil or Lucifer himself is noted as the prime adversary of Christ, the demonic hierarchy follows a slightly different order. This was actually only developed in the middle ages.
The 7 Archdemons are usually equated with the seven deadly sins
Lucifer = Pride
Mammon = Greed
Asmodeus = Lust
Satan = Anger
Beelzebub = Gluttony
Leviathan = Envy
Belphegor = Sloth
In addition there are incubi and succubi, and demonic specialists like Lillith.

I don't know about God having a counsel of 7 archangels (I only know about 3--Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel), but He has 9 Choirs of Angels:
Angels, Archangels, Cherubim, Seraphim, Thrones, Dominions (also know as Dominations), Principalities, Virtues, and Powers.
I think you'd have to ask a Satanist scholar about Lucifer's counsel.
