I found 39 people named Apadaco using yellowpages.com nationwide, none named Donald.
How long ago was this an army buddy? Are we talking Vietnam or Iraq? Depending on how long ago you lost track, they may have gone a lot farther or even no longer be alive.

Try calling all the APADACOs in El Paso, you might find his family. Also, go to www.military.com and register there, MAYBE he has also, or someone has who knows him.
I've gotten in touch with several of my old shipmates thru military.com, hullnumber.com (mainly a USN site) and Together We Served (may have other branches available). You might try GOOGLE.COM with his name. Or try a google.com search for connecting with other Army members.
