I believe that your country should have an American Embasy on it to make your transition an smooth one. You can inquire there, right now however, there are a few draw backs to the immigrating of the USA. One, nothing is like it is in the movies. There are 300 million middle class, which is not so fancy. In fact, it is like working for the bank for the rest of your life, but you don't get paid by them...you are merely paying back all of your loans. The immigration systems is chaotic, and we are doing many things to keep terrorists out. Just be advised, there will be a lot of stuff to go through, but all in all, when you have adapted to American life, it is no different than most places, just more rules, and a bit safer.

If you start in Mexico, you can swim the Rio Grande (in the unlikely event you would want to go to Texas) or you could walk across the border to Arizona or California. Avoid the border patrol and checkpoints and do it now before it gets too hot and you die from the heat.

if there water between you and America than you're screwed...you'll have to go through the proper measures. But, if you're in Mexico, than you're in good standings lol. Do things the right way, that's the only way you can assure no problems in the future.

Quite simple. Go to either Mexico or Canada and walk across the border like all the other illegal immigrants do.

If you are from a country that needs a visa, you will have to get a visa. No way around it. A tourist visa is not difficult to get.

There are no shortcuts and for good reason. The USA needs to be very careful these days, obviously.
