I want to know how much in terms of amount (mg/oz) a body needs on a daily basis with reference to proteins, fats, carbohydrates and all other nutrients that a body requires? If different for men and women, please specify. Thanks.

An adult man of 60 kg requires about 60gm protein per day, 20gm of fat per day, 400mgs of calcium per day, 28mgs of iron per day. Where as an adult woman of 50 kg requires about 50gms of protein per day, 20 gms of fat per day, 400 mgs of calcium per day, 30 mgs of iron per day.
